BYU Entrepreneurship Activities This Week
This is gearing up to be an exciting week for BYU entrepreneurship. Check out the events below!
Entrepreneurs Anonymous This is a think-tank event where participants are separated into groups of students with diverse backgrounds and talents. You will be given the opportunity to briefly pitch to the group about yourself and your business idea and to discuss the idea with the group. Each individual in the group will be given the opportunity to pitch and receive feedback and discussion regarding their idea. The intent of the event is to generate discussion around a topic and, utilizing the varying backgrounds present, refine the ideas into workable business ideas. Students with like interests and complementary talents are able to recognize each other and potentially build a team around the idea. It is meant to be a casual, fun event.

UE Challenge Forum The UE Challenge is a state-wide business plan competition that is run by students from the University of Utah. Each year, the BYU Business Plan Competition co-hosts a forum with the UE Challenge competition. This year the lecture will cover things you should know about marketing issues as they relate to start-up firms. It will be hosted by Aaron Wong, founder and CEO of Arrow Quality International. He is a very engaging speaker who will have valuable insight.- When: Thursday, November 20th at 7:00 pm
